Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped by UPS. Please allow 5-10 business days for ground shipping. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. APO and FPO addresses will be charged an additional $5 shipping fee and shipped out USPS. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package, otherwise your order may be returned to us. You will receive emails from UPS directly giving you updates on your package, please check your spam folders.

If the item runs out before your order has been processed, your order will be placed on backorder until it is restocked. If you would like to remove your item from the order, you can contact info@thelivingapparel.com.

Items that are removed from the poly bag are considered non returnable. They must remain in the poly bag.
If there is a defect in the garment, you will be allowed to exchange the item for the same SKU item.
